30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

We will provide return instructions and the return address once your request is approved.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@dominancestreetwear.com.au so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items returned without tags or original packaging
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, the quickest method is:
- Request a return via email
- Once approved, send your item back
- Place a new order for the item you want
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must meet the return conditions listed above.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to release funds
